Prices & Availability: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Bright Stationers reserves the right to update prices or substitute items of equal or higher value due to supplier changes or product availability.

Product Substitution: If a listed item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal quality and value, unless the customer specifically requests no substitutions in writing.

Right to Cancel Orders: Bright Stationers reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, due to pricing errors, supply issues, non-payment, or any other reason deemed necessary. Customers will be notified promptly, and any payments made for cancelled items will be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy: All cancelled orders will incur a cancellation fee equal to 4% of the total order amount. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with order reversal.

Order Deadlines: Orders must be submitted by the specified cut-off date to ensure timely delivery. Orders received after the deadline may incur delays and additional handling or freight charges.

Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are only accepted for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied items and must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Delivery & Liability: While we take care to deliver all orders promptly, Bright Stationers is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers, supplier issues, or events beyond our control.

Accuracy of Orders: Please check your order carefully before submission. Bright Stationers is not responsible for errors or omissions provided by the customer.

Ownership of Goods: All items remain the property of Bright Stationers until full payment has been received.
